Hi, my name is Shauni Lemmens.
My whole adult life, I have been involved in sports coaching and refereeing, and I have worked in the leisure industry since 2018. Helping young people and adults learn new skills.
During/after the COVID lockdowns, I reconnected with my love for swimming and really wanted to get better at it.
I found some success with an amazing long distance challenge, but injuries soon taught me that just training harder isn't always the answer!
So I went on a journey to find real answers. How do I combine my gym workouts and swimming to become a well rounded, healthier and more effective swimmer? And how can I share this with others?
Fast-forward to the present, Streamline Performance is my way to share that journey with you.

My training approach is rooted in an understanding of strength and conditioning training methods, combined with the knowledge of what a swimmer's body needs.
